hey guys, I was wondering if any of you could look at my max patch...

I just recently learned Max/Msp so I'm just trying about.

So basically what I have here - I'm scanning an image and then connect one of the values -hue to the carrier frequency of the fm synth.

What I want to do here is trying to get the hue value out of the image when scanning and then that value will be the input carrier frequency of the fm synth. I'm not sure what I'm doing is right. I do get a value but I'm not sure if it's hue.

Also how can I make the sound more pleasing to hear - suggestions what I should or better concept than this?

I have another idea which is - to map hue to glissando... is that sensible?
