Does anyone have a clue how i can do this?

i got 1 ir receiver, when i use my remote it receives data.

Does anyone have a clue how i can make this data into a frequency that i can send out using an IR led?

if you could help me get started or with a simple patch. I would imensly greatful !

Turning analog input into IR frequency
