universal sampler-Objekt

IMHO, there isn’t a universal solution: all of those objects do different things and have slightly different features, as do the third-party objects such as xsampler. Perhaps the problem is that I don’t understand what you mean by "universal sampling." Most people get into Max specifically to make things that *aren’t* universal – instead, they make personal samplers. Maybe it’d be easier if you clarified what you meant.
