						<p>IMHO, there isn&#8217;t a universal solution: all of those objects do different things and have slightly different features, as do the third-party objects such as xsampler. Perhaps the problem is that I don&#8217;t understand what you mean by &#8220;universal sampling.&#8221; Most people get into Max specifically to make things that *aren&#8217;t* universal &#8211; instead, they make personal samplers. Maybe it&#8217;d be easier if you clarified what you meant.</p>
