I had posted a bit ago about UDP send/recieve and since then I've narrowed down a) what I was doing wrong initally and b) the one case where I don't seem to be getting any data.

a) The three messages connect to the udpsend]

b) I press them all in order just to make sure :)

[I've cut some parts out to not make the post shorter]

// Create the nw UDP Client sitting on port 7700

UdpClient udpClient = new UdpClient(7700);

// Connect to the recieve port of the Max object

// - Get an invalid OSC but that is expected

// Setup the end point that I want to listen on

IPEndPoint RemoteIpEndPoint = new IPEndPoint(IPAddress.Any, 7700);

// Blocks until a message returns on this socket from a remote host.

Byte[] receiveBytes = udpClient.Receive(ref RemoteIpEndPoint);

- When waiting for data on from Max->C# I never exit the recieve function

  Message:port 7700
  Message:"Text is great to send"
  Function:udpsend localhost 7700
Note:

C# code: Running on VS Express 2010 C#

The results here are that:
- When waiting for data on from Max->C# I never exit the recieve function

updsend -> C# app is not working for me
