i just wanted to avoid getting flamed for posting off topic..

I know that this is off topic for something that is already off topic,
but how’d they do that scene?! It’s all shiny and stuff, and I’ve
been trying to figure it all out. I’m just surprised by the depth of
texture, and well, the shininess. Haven’t been able to pull that off.
Kind of looks like the texture projection that Wesley Smith did.
Anyways, any brainstorming on this seems like it would help me fine
tune my gl-ing a bit. Look forward to anyone’s thoughts…

Thanks,
Keith

Hmmm… I have a strange feeling that this is not the answer I want to hear.
