How do i go about getting the gamepad to interact with MaxMSP, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well when i go info to hi to print hi, the device i want to use comes up in the max window but i still don't really know what to do. I thaught there was something you could do eith ctrlin, i can't remember what though.
