Using jitter to play a series of randomly selected video clips

March 1, 2011 | 12:15 am

Hey, I’m pretty new to jitter and I want to create a video installation that will first play a specific movie, then one randomly chosen from a list of videos, then another specific video, then another one randomly chosen from another list of videos, and then loop back to the beginning and do it again (with the randomized selections different, of course). I’ve searched around and concluded that I should probably use jit.cellblock, zl, and/or a col list, but I’m relatively unsure how to go about all of this. Pointers?
