I released the VIZZable suite of Max for Live VJ patches earlier this year. More recently Fabrizio Poce has released his V-Module video plugins and by a lucky coincidence both video suites are interoperable.

I’ve spoken to Fabrizio and we’d like to raise the idea of merging these projects and building a community around developing a big, open, suite of stable and powerful video tools for live.

If we can get more people involved we may look at hosting the project somewhere else (google code, github or whatnot)

Fabrizio here. Some agenda points / open questions for the short term:

- Where do you think should we host the project?
- Which is in your opinion the best/right place to use as “home” for this community?

We really need to have people open for testing things out! Getting things stable is a matter of testing multiple setups. So be welcome to join this community and let’s see if we can make these tools better and more stable.
