v001 question

December 14, 2006 | 3:41 pm

Hello Vade and others,

First of all I wanna say what a god send v001 have been for me. I have worked for several month on something similar, but my lack of programming skills have made it very buggy and slow.
Great work!

Ok, here’s the question.
Is there anyway to make the ubumenu and toggle parts of the v001.gui update when I recall a pattrstorage slot? I can’t even figure out what kind of message to send them. One of my problems is that I have a layer stack with "solo-buttons", and when I press one I wan’t the other ones to turn off. It works in terms of the values , but I need the gui to respond as well.

Hi Adam – Thanks for the kind words on v001 I dont want the c74 gods
to be annoyed by questions on v001 in their forums – Peter Kirn of
Create Digital Music has a forum there for v001 at this location :

http://createdigitalnoise.com/viewtopic.php?p=3429#3429

Im curious what isnt working. the v001.gui objects systems are pattr
aware, and should update when queried. Can you send a simple example
patch either to me directly, or to the forum ?

Thanks again – im glad people are using it!
