Very Basic Question:RandomGraphic in Max

August 31, 2010 | 10:24 am

Hi Fellows,

I have a very basic question concerning Graphics in Max. I have to add that I am a very starter in Max and have already tried a mess of tutorials and demos but none of them would help me with my problem and I have no longer any time for researching the whole day so maybe you can help me:

I just need to construct a graphic/picture with random pixel-values…so it’s a very easy thing but it starts to annoy me already with the fact that I don’t not which object to use to create a picture and how I can insert pixel-values there…

Would be glad to hear any advice, thanks a lot

random pixel values as in noise?
insert pixel values in rgb?
blend real pictures with noise?

if any of these q’s is answered with yes, it’s jitter time!

Thanks for your fast reply,
yes indeed, I thought of random values as in a noise and they ma of course be in RGB-Spectrum.
Blending them with real pictures is not necessary
