vexpr feature request

I don’t know what policy you have at C74 concerning using attributes in
plane vanilla Max obejcts in future versions, but for vexpr it would be
really handy if it was possible to set scalarmode as an attribute.

Thanks for considering it,

No more loadbanging "scalarmode 1" in… an argument or attribute to
the object would be much more elegant.

Sometimes, after getting a basic patch going, I forget to add in the
loadbang for regular use and have to dig around to find out why my
values are suddenly all strange. "This was just working yesterday!"

Amen…. pretty much every vexpr I’ve ever used required scalarmode 1.

With that said, anyone know the scoop on attributes for objects in general? I know some of the more recent ones support them, but how about some of the older ones? That would be great…
