virtual midi drivers

im on a pc and im using midi yoke..it’s absolutely terrible on my computer…

can anyone recommend a windows driver that is rock solid

it crashes max alot of the times when it’s wired to a sequencer….notes get stuck all the time too

it’s a feedback problem, i think.

Try to ensure there’s no midi looping in your settings. For example, if
you’re using MYoke with FruityLoops as sequencer, make sure only the
output of the needed MYoke channel is allowed. Then in Max, disable ANY
MYoke output (in Midi settings), keep only the channel you need as
input. If you got too much MYoke channels installed, try reducing to 1,
just to be sure…

Ive had trouble with midi yoke… as well! I’ve also tried loopBe and Maple, both seem pretty shitty to me as well. Best bet is to get something like a unitor 8 or a motu express :/
