Can I use the LFOs built into VSTs in max? I can get keytrigger LFOs to work with some synths, and with others I can get neither keytrigger or freerun.

the only one which does this is TC Filtrator and a few midi plug-ins.

What I mean is, within the VST itself. Like I just assign an LFO to the pitch or whatever. How do I make it so the LFOs work? They aren't having any effect when I use them in max. Do I have to send it a midievent to start some kind of clock on it?

oh you mean such LFOs which are depening on host sync.
