Want to beta test a new take on a launchpad step sequencer?
I have a new Max for Live device designed around the Novation Launchpad that I think has some pretty unique and extremely flexible step sequencing features. I’m looking for some beta testers to try it out. The device is already pretty solid, so this is more about giving feedback on usability issues and how things "feel", not so much about tracking down bugs (although there’s surely a few still floating around in this app).
I’d like to get some preliminary feedback before things really solidify and I release this to the general public. Anyone own Max for Live and a Launchpad and want to give it a spin?
i’d love to if this is still something you’re working on, using live 9 and max 6.1 though ?

I own both a Launchpad (older version) and the Launchpad S. I have almost every step sequencer and application for the launchpad as well as max for live devices. I would love to have a look at your device and beta test it, to help you improve it.
I work with Ableton Live 9 and Max for Live 6 on Mac OS X Lion.
Live 9 using both Windows XP32 and Windows 7 64 bit versions, would love to check it out.
I love to beta test. Im on windows 74 64 bit.
Have 2 launchpads and sometimes even run Lpad a lemur emulation of launchpad that works almost as good as real thing.

I’m thinking of writing a custom based step sequencer to go with my LP developments (www.sigabort.co/m4l_lp). I have a number of ideas about things I want to implement building on top of the base controller I’ve developed, but in the interests of making it as appealing as possible, I’d certainly be interested in hearing ideas…
