I have several .aif samples that I’ve sampled and written-to-disk with the buffer~ object–when using them with waveform~ objects, however, their "waveforms" never appear. on the other hand, waveform~ displays those of all the preloaded samples (apollo13, etc)–solutions?
post the patch(it’d be quicker for people to test rather than have to first build what you’re describing to test..).
The [waveform~] object displays the contents of a [buffer~] so if you have saved your samples to disc and then cleared the [buffer~] that they were in you won’t be able to view them. Try loading the samples you want into another [buffer~] and trying again.
even when the samples are initially loaded to the buffer~, though, no waveform is displayed. I’ll post a patch soon.
you are binding the waveform to the buffer, are you?
(in case not, have a look at the helpfile)
in case yes, sorry for pointing at the obvious…
happy new year to everybody, including uncle max, jitter the cat, miss
pinky and all the other beasts on board.
