I wanted to create a patch that uses the levels captured by a webcam to send MIDI control data.

After looking around I had my first attempt at creating this (attached). Wanted to know if anyone had any alternative ideas on how this can be accomplished? Is there something more stable I can use to extract numerical values from the jit.dx.grab?
