I am trying to use MAX/MSP to collect the weights of people. Any one knows how to connect a bathroom weight balance to MAX/MSP? Do I need Arduino?

If I need Arduino, is there an online tutorial?

Or is there any other sensor (which has similar range to a bathroom weight) I can use? Thanks

the wii balance board is probably the easiest and quickest way to interface, yes. if not, have you looked into FSR (force sensitive resistors)?
