Weirdness with mousefilter and LCD

Can anyone confirm this — I used a mousefilter after an LCD. The left outlet puts out a 1 then a 0. I thought mousefilter would restrict it to just one output, to behave like a toggle. But then I thought, it doesn’t work that way — it should still output two values (1 then 0). HOWEVER, it *sometimes* does this and *sometimes* only puts out one value. Something weird with how you release the mouse button? Or how fast the mousefilter reads the LCD output?

Windows XP, 4.6.2
