I really like this track “Wellen und Felder” from AtomTm (Raster-Noton – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwYskTUVobo) and I was wondering what kind of fx/ processing he could be using on the voice. Any clue or idea? Is it some kind of vocoder?

It sounds as though there might be granular synthesis being used in the carrier. That is my guess.
