Because I'd like to mix, alter the render, what display flow should I use ?

The question is also: what is the most appropriate architecture in my case considering these requirements:

- script generators "loadable" manually or total random or remotely (a trigger load this generator on that channel)

The question is also: what is the most appropriate architecture in my case considering these requirements: 

- 2 videos channels mixable
- script generators "loadable" manually or total random or remotely (a trigger load this generator on that channel)
- fx on the master video channel

What kind of render display for my JS based 2D animation generator ?
