On one of my computers, I’ve installed the CNMAT MMJ externals, and when I create a new object and start typing, these appear in the suggestions as a type.

However, on another computer, where the external objects are in the same file path, this does not happen.

What do I need to do to make a collection of 3rd party externals appear in the autocomplete/autosuggest list when creating an object?

The CNMAT object instantiates when I type [osc-route] but only pops up in the autocompletion box when i type [OSC-route]. Same for [opensoundcontrol] vs. [OpenSoundControl] etc.

Seeing as max doesn’t differentiate between lower and upper case letters in object names it won’t break compatibility and it’ll mean you can get them in the autocomplete drop-down without having to remember which bits to capitalise. I should probably do this myself, should be trivial with automator on a mac.
