white frame with automatic 0

Hi,

I’m getting white frame on the starting of video file.
The patch below is a kind of extract of the principle.
I don’t managed to understand what’s going with this process.
It seems that the video frame is sometimes not write in the texture.
I’m sure it’s not the “automatic 0″ fault as I’ve tried many parameters and still have the white frame.
Can you help me.
Everything is explained in the patch.
The behaviour is the same with
powerbook G4 1.67 Ghz OSX.4.11
macbook pro 2.4 Ghz OSX 5.6
both with Max 5.0.7

Thanks for your help

Thanks rob,

The patch below works, but I can’t get why the first patch is not working.
For sure there is something I don’t understand in opengl process in max.
Does slab object need to be automatic 0 to avoid white frame ?

Thanks for your help.
