i'm trying to store an array of messages in a coll object. they consist of words and spaces. if the message is only one word, then coll is prepending the word "symbol" onto the message upon retrieval. any way to turn this off? if not, how do i remove this "symbol " (including the space after) from the output, and leave multiword messages unchanged? thanks.

well, only one word could as well be a list with only one argument: "list david"

would be awesome to someday have a flag to disable this. and then another day have that be the default

(but definitely not have all happen on the same day, because such a degree of change might give me a heart-attack 😁)

i dont remember exactly, but there _was a change some day. the behaviour of the second outlet always was a bit strange.
