Wii + MacBookPro

Hi to all!
I just bought Wii remote. Not the console, but just the remote controller. It seems for me to have problems on pairing it with my MacBookPro. I can not syncronize them together. When I press the “sync” button in the rear area of Wii Remote, the blue buttons are flushing, but after a while nothing, not connected.
Do you have any suggestions?
Please help…

You need extra software. What works for me in Max 4.6 is OSCulator.

it’s tricky sometimes to get it to work.
you have to open the bluetooth assistant, and open the pairing utility.
then you should be able to sync.

Apart from running the usual sync stuff as
with any Bluetooth device, the version of
Max you’re using may have some bearing on
how things go after that. It’s been briefly
discussed in another thread that Max 5 and
our friend Akamatsu-san’s aka.wiiremote object
is currently not playing well together owing
to an Objective C message problem [at least
that's what *my* crashlogs are telling me]
that will reliably crash Max from the help
file [click on the expansion $1 message box].

In 4.x things work quite well.

hope this helps or forewarns….
