I have strange problems with changing the window focus after I installed 

I can only bring windows to the foreground if I click on the window 

titlebar. when I click inside the window it stays in the background.

I am not sure if it is a max-related problem, or if something is wrong 

with my os 10.5. anyone has that problem, or knows how to solve it?

os x 10.5 (leopard).
I can only bring windows to the foreground if I click on the window 
titlebar. when I click inside the window it stays in the background.
