I'm just cooling down from playing my senior recital, which included 3 instances of MaxMSP patching (and 2 instances of Jitter). One was an improv with some synthesis (triggered via MIDI drum pad) and looping, another was a solo percussion piece with electronics, and the last was a loop based arrangement of Aphex Twin's Bucephalus Bouncing Ball. The jitter was two wonderful video accompaniments done by my beautiful, talented girlfriend.

Anyway, I'm just posting this to celebrate and to tell Cycling 74 to bring on Max 5 already so I can do more cool stuff!

Thanks, Keith. It was a lot of fun, but I'm glad it's over. I think I lost the audience with most of the stuff, but they all really dug the Aphex Twin cover, which was nothing but a bunch of loops. It was kind of the intentional crowd pleaser to end the recital with. Of course, most people couldn't get over the fact that I was controlling the loops with a wii remote.
