write a buffer content directly with an absolute path

June 17, 2010 | 8:36 am

hi,

i would like to know if it’s possible to write the content of a buffer object without setting an "open" kind window, and to do it with an absolute path (a unix – like path for example). I want to do that in order to fix the name and the location of the new audio file INTO my patch.

Is it possible? :)

The write message with the entire path allows you to do that (eg write disk:/folder/stuff/snd.wav).
