Generate Audio

Realize new sounds and processes without having to learn a programming language. Single-sample feedback allows you to design custom filters, physical modelling, and FM synthesis structures that were previously impossible in MSP. With access to buffers and a collection of common oscillators and sample playback operators, you will have all the tools you need to build synthesizers, samplers, and audio effects. Gen even has its own 64-bit storage object that allows you to record and play back 64-bit audio, taking full advantage of the audio quality of Max 6.

Play your code with a MIDI controller as you develop it. Gen lets you visually patch together low-level operations that are instantly compiled into efficient audio objects.
