IMI Max patches

The IMI Max patches is a help patch developed for the BA Design for Interaction and MA Interactive Design Communication at the London College of Communication (University of the Arts London – UAL). Rather than building their patch from scratch, students are encouraged to explore and hack a library of patches on various topics such as video, sound, text, sensors, video effects, computer vision, projection, internet and design by numbers.

We currently have more than 1000 patches to learn, use the basics and advanced functions of Max/MSP. The complete version comes with useful applications and libraries (available on request for educators) and the light version is available on the GIThub (https://github.com/imi/IMI-Max-patches-for-Max6) so anyone in the Max community can try it as well.

Send us a word if you are using it !

How did this project use Max?

The IMI Max patches is built with the abstraction overview patch from Cycling74.
