This is a series of 14 videos useful for progressively testing the ability to identify triads by quality and inversion. The video was generated using Xtranormal. Try to ID the triad before the animation!
The videos generated using this patch are being used by students in UC Irvine Music 15B this Winter.
How was MAX used?
Max was used to in every aspect of this project. The raw movies were made using Xtranormal, but playback is controlled in Jitter. The sounds are Reason synths being controlled by Max. The keyboard is a kslider being added to a jitter matrix using jit.display.
