STEPS FOR STUDENT PURCHASE

  1. Review the Purchase Requirements and Important Notes below.
  2. Find the item you want below, click the add-to-cart button and checkout.
  3. For fixed or permanent license, e-mail your student ID to academic@cycling74.com as a small image (maximum size 500 pixels wide) AFTER you place your order. Photos may be taken by camera, phone, or computer. After your ID is received and confirmed, you will receive authorization instructions.
  4. For 12-month temporary license, you must fill in the required information before clicking the add-to-cart button. All fields must be completed to be considered for this student purchase. Do not email your student ID.

Important Notes for 12-Month License

  • The product you purchase will be registered in your name only.
  • The product you purchase can only be returned within 30 days of purchase, if you did not authorize it.
  • The 12-month, temporary Max authorization is not renewable and not upgradable.
  • The 12-month, temporary Max authorization can only be purchased and authorized once per student.
  • If your 12-month authorization has expired and you would like to purchase a fixed or permanent license, please email academic@cycling74.com to request the $39 Promotion Code discount. It cannot be applied to the Max 6 upgrade!

For Students

To qualify for the student discount, you must be currently enrolled in a school and have valid identification. Expired identification will not be accepted.

  • For fixed or permanent license, we will need a copy of the identification emailed to academic@cycling74.com as a small image (maximum size 500 pixels wide). Photos may be taken by camera, phone, or computer.
  • For 12-month temporary license, you must fill in the required information before clicking the add-to-cart button. Do not email your student ID.

For Teachers

To qualify for the teacher discount, you must hold K-12 or higher education faculty credentials. We will need a copy of the credentials, identification, or a letter from a department head.

Sorry, this discount is not available to people who teach occasional workshops.
