If you find your unit to be defective during the warranty period, Eroktronix will repair or replace it (at our option) for free. Repairs and returns: Before returning a unit to Eroktronix for repair or money back, you must contact Eroktronix at support@eroktronix.com first to obtain a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid return authorization number.
