Return Policies
Software
Returns of licenses are not permitted. The only exception is if it has been fewer than 30 days since purchase and the software is not authorized. This applies to all of the following software: Max/MSP, Jitter, Cyclops, Pluggo, Mode, Hipno, Radial, UpMix and Octirama.
Returns are not accepted for the Cycles and M products.
Schools may not sell to students unless they are an authorized reseller.
C74 Music Recordings
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for refund or replacement. Cycling ’74 is not liable for any expenses incurred during the original purchase and return processes. Expenses may include but are not limited to shipping, duties or taxes, and bank fees.
