Using the decide object

The decide object is one of several max objects that can be used to make random numbers. When it receives a bang, the object randomly outputs either a 0 or a 1. Like random and drunk it can be set with a seed value to create reproducible sequences. If no seed argument is set, it uses the time elapsed from system startup as the seed value.
