7.3.4 Standalone PC Object Allocation

I can build a standalone app successfully, but when I open the app it spits out these errors: jit.record: could not load viddll video engine & Jit.vcr : could no allocate object. I've tried including the Viddll folder and the jit.vcr.mxe without any luck. Anyone have any ideas? I also made sure the jit.vcr was using the Viddll engine.

Update: If I put viddll folder in the resources folder > packages with the exe. it works flawlessly.
