is there a way to adjust the playback time of [function] or scale the timing of it? i want to be able to draw an envelope (which is no problem using [function] and [line~] ) but i want to be able to set the time in milliseconds in which that whole function is played.

hope someone can point me to the how or which to use here.

omg :) misunderstood setdomain completely ...

alternatively you could insert a [* 1.77] for all time values before going into line (while having the function object fixed on say 1000ms)
