This is my first adventure in actually trying to make something in Max for Live so apologies if I ask something a bit noob-like.

I would like to create a set of clips that are all designed to work with each other and then use follow actions to randomly select a new clip for each track every x bars (where x would be something like 224 for example). The idea is to have 16-32 tracks with randomly selected clips that I then have to use muting and FX control to form into 'songs' on the fly. This would mean I could jam live with the safety net of all the material kind of being compatible but still preserving some element of the unexpected.
