archives messed up + pattrforward

    Hello,
i was trying to find again the discussion i had with Jeremy Bernstein about pattr objects (which leads to a wonderfull [pattrforward] !) in order to see if there was any clue how to use it the best.
Then i've discover that the new list system has indexed all mails like gmail do, in a sort of "discussion". Means when, like we all do, take any kind of message in our box, then reply and change the subject, all these messages are indexed to belong to the same subject (!).
So, in the topic "Passing Coll to Matrixctrl", there's at least 4-5 different topics in it !! Is there a way to arrange this ? The newcomers will have a lot of time to spend trying to understand what we were saying before the forum...
Regarding my first goal : dear Jeremy, do you have some sort of help file for pattrforward ?
    best regards
    f.e

When you find this sort of thing, please use the "Report this message to moderator" link to alert us to that fact. We can fix these out-of-order threads (in fact, there's an sticky post explanation at the top of all the Max/MSP list archives about this very phenomenon).
We do our best to find and fix them as we go along, but for much of the archives, we simply have not had the time to fix them yet. Using this feature ("Report message to moderator") would help a lot. Please use it!

If you can wait a teensy bit, the "official" version of pattrforward should be released sometime soon, with helpfile and addressable inlets at the target object. The old version will soon be killed off. Sorry in advance for any incompatibilities introduced by some minor interface changes...
