Ever since Max 7, I noticed that vst~ would seem to internally bypass my AU plugins: audio out yes, processing no. When loaded as VST, the same plug would always be working fine. In all other hosts, the plugs are working fine, both as AU or VST.

In the meantime, I have passed from Yosemite through El Capitan to Sierra, with no changes.

And it cannot be a faulty patch, as this happens already with the vst~ help patch...
