How do I automatically set the bpatchers Scripting Name to the Global Patcher Name?

So far the bpatcher (and also the normal patcher) takes the file name as the Scripting Name. This is resulting in some problems, when loading multiple Instances of one Patcher as bpatchers.

I have a question concerning bpatchers:
 How do I automatically set the bpatchers Scripting Name to the Global Patcher Name?
