bug with capture texture to matrixslab

    problem; when capturing to texture cpu is fine, when moving to matrix cpu goes to 50%, acceptable, if then switching to slab, cpu stay high, if then disabling output from texture, cpu still high, only when explicitly disabling capture, cpu returns to (almost) idle.
    hardware: xp sp2 jitter 1.6b2 ati radeon x800
