I have recently got a new laptop and have Downloaded max on it. For one of my modules at university we create our own objects in Max using mxj quickie. I have downloaded have (jdk1.8.0) and the code comes up, but when I try to compile the code I get the following message

Unable to find java compiler /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_231.jdk/Contents/Home/jre/bin/javac

Can anyone help me as to how to fix this so that I can compile my code and run my objects.
