clear open recent menu

hi,

for work flow purposes is there a way to clear the 'open recent' menu? or, failing this, where does the data for this menu get saved?

yeah, use DOShack or shell to delete said file.... (see post above)

thanks for the tips,
i just put the 'recent items' folder in the dock for easy emptying (though it is unfortunate but true that you have to quit max to trash the contents of the folder as max has a memory of what was there and puts the contents back for you if it is still running)
