coordinates inside perimeter

With a [lcd], i put points inside as we do with sensors. I know at which
distance from them my mouse is, using [expr sqrt(($i1-$i3)*($i1-$i3) +
    ($i2-$i4)*($i2-$i4))].
Then i've added variable perimeters around my points, creating new
zones, with the original points as center of these new zones. I need to
know how to calculate when and where i am in these perimeters. Could you
    please help me ?
    cheers

x/y substraction of your perimeter center,
      for angle, use cartopol
      You got it almost already...
