counter problem

    Hi All,
My counter increments much more than by one each time there is a change in signal in the patch below. Any ideas?
    Cheers

and the funny bit.... now that I have repasted the code it does not count at all....

using codebox increments by 64 seemingly....

It seems this is something related to number~.

... and I belive it's due to internal ramping of signal within number~. Somehow 0. ms doesn't mean "no ramp" (and 64 is coincidentally default vector size).
record and zoom in buffer's waveform...:

ah, thanks Andrzej, I thought it was the vector size lurking.... In the meanwhile I have coded a counter inside my funny subharmonic algorithm.... I wonder - is there a better way to debug than waveform display, can we get a listing of 100 samples somehow...?
      Much Appreciated

      maybe [capture~] ?

you can fill a buffer with poke and look at the values with peek
