dot 4 Pluggo install and Max/MSP question

    Apr 18 2006 | 3:59 pm
I am finallly getting around to upgrading my Max/MSP to the 4.5.7 version, along with my Pluggo to the dot 4 release.
I did NOT use the "remove all traces of your previous Pluggo installations" app, well, because I don't like to use things that don't tell me exactly what they're deleting, and also because I'm stupid. :-)
Anyway - in my main Cycling '74 folder, I still see a "Pluggo Support" folder now. I also have one in my new C74 Plug-in Support folder. Should the one in the Cycling '74 folder be deleted, along with its contents?

      Yeah - go ahead.
When running MaxMSP 4.5.7, the Pluggo Support folder in C74 Plugin Support is added to the Max Search path when vst~ is initialised. I mention this in case it is a consideration for plugin development.
