How about reading the bottom portion of every single message posted?

Do you really think that I wouldn't have already tried that like
fifteen times? Well, I have. So if there is no other way to get off
this list, then somebody should come up with one... I think you
might agree that I have a point there if you take the time to think
      about it.

Have you sent an email to maxmsp-unsubscribe@cycling74.com from your
subscribed email address, *and* responded to any message asking you
to confirm from the same subscribed mailing address? Perhaps such a
confirmation message was filtered by your spam filter and you missed it?
If this still doesn't work, please contact the mailing list
administrator, wally@cycling74.com offlist, and he'll be able to
      figure out your problems.

What exactly is the problem you're having? Please be as specific as
possible. For most people, it's as simple as sending an email to
maxmsp-unsubscribe@cycling74.com from the address they're subscribed to
the list to, or logging into the mailman interface and clicking a few
      links.
Since the mailman interface isn't broken to the best of my knowledge,
it's very difficult for anyone to help you if you don't explain
specifically what problem you're having, and there's certainly no way
for any of us to guess how many times you've tried (and what did you
try? the web method of unsubscribing or the email method?)
Please describe the problem you're having and I'll do my best to help
you. Also, please don't take it personally -- it's not exactly uncommon
for people asking how to get off a mailing list to have ignored the
      instructions for doing so.
      cheers
