getting size of a 'remote' lcd object

    I'm using 'typedmess' to send messages to an lcd. Is there a way to have
    informations about the linked object ? In this case, it'll be an lcd, so
    may i know its size ? Yes, i could send it the correct message, grab the
    result out of it and send it back to my object, but i'll be happy to
    find something more handy...

      here's a snippet from my posit object, from the function which gives
      you object boxe coords a.o.
      the box-coordinates are part of the box-struct of the object, namely
      the b_rect fields as shown below.
      since you already have an object-type pointer to the lcd-object you
      need to get the box-pointer out of it (which you also have i believe)
      and then it's simple:
      t_box *b;
      myboxrect[0] = b->b_rect.left;
      myboxrect[1] = b->b_rect.top;
      myboxrect[2] = b->b_rect.right;
      myboxrect[3] = b->b_rect.bottom;
