Hi trouble

    I can't get any info about my joystick via the Hi object.
    The thing is it is perfectly recognized via the Hid object in Pd.
    What can I do ?

      Can you get any signal with the help menu of HUI object? sometimes it takes time to initialize. Which platform by the way?

      Maybe include info about which Joystick, which OS??? I could till now
      recognize all joysticks on my Mac...
      Look also on MaxObjects.com, there is an alternative to hi for windows...

      thanks a lot for your answers
      I resolved my problem by checking all the items appearing in the umenu. One of them, called "2 in 1 DT", appears to be my joystick. Such a strange name (actually in Pd it appears with its proper joystick model name) ... Such a good way to get very cheap controllers !
