Let's say you have the path of a file, how do you get the parent folder ? 

What I want to do is : drop a file in dropfile, then check if there is a .txt file called "name" in the same directory.

The longest string matches and goes to regexp's substrings outlet.

. means "any characters" ;
+ means "repeated one or more time" ;
and followed by "/".

Be sure to output your path as a symbol though, otherwise it'll get stuck if any space in it (like in ""Macintosh HD").
